1932 Sterling Silver Cushion Case Presentation Watch / Austin Motors

 
A 15 jewel A.Schild hand wind movement in a square 30 x 30mm cushion-shaped trench style solid silver case with fixed lugs - winds well, works and keeps time.
 
Swiss made but imported into England by George Stockwell - the GS inside the case back - for Stockwell & Co Ltd, a renowned importer of Swiss watches to the United Kingdom and registered Assay Office 'sponsor', also as a supplier to the War Office, these watches were often known as Officer's Watches.
 
Sterling silver (925) Hallmarked silver case, with textured dial, blacked steel hands and sub-dial seconds 29g in weight with movement.
