Antique Leicester Square Street Sign

Incredibly rare late 19th or early 20C original solid milk glass / vitrolite street sign for London’s iconic Leicester Square circa 1890/1910.
The lettering is actually etched in to the solid milk glass providing incredibly crisp edges to the hand painted signage - a fantastic piece of historical workmanship.
