Longines Conquest Watch CAL 633.1 35mm 1977 Presentation Wa

A lovely vintage gold-plated dress watch from Longines - this was actually a 25 years service commemoration/presentation watch to a W.H. Edwards in July 1977 - so this watch is now 48 years old and in remarkably good condition for its age.
Featuring a Longines automatic Cal 633.1 movement in a 35mm gold plated polished case with steel screw down back - now inscribed with the commemorative wording -  golden dial with a very stylish vertically brushed finish, with date window, raised baton markers, gold hands with applied luminescent tip inserts (luminescence now long since faded) and a semi-sweeping second hand all sitting on a new calf-skin leather strap with matching gilt pin buckle.
Watch comes with original signed and dated (21//7/1977) guarantee booklet and original presentation box.
