Vintage MCM Bar/Tea Cart - The Glyder by Paragon
A vintage beech and ply bar cart, tea cart, or serving trolley with removable upper tray made of bent plywood with teak veneer. The lower tray is fixed in the beech frame with slender tapering legs and thin castors. Made by English company E.D & S under the brand 'Paragon' in North London (Charlton Road N9) this Mid-Century Modern Scandinavian inspired trolley sat alongside their design award-winning 'Centurion' breakfast tray, which had fold down legs to sit over you in bed, or on the settee...
In used vintage condition with signs of age and wear - but my, does it look good, it's practical, robust, and works as it should = and it's pretty darn rare.
