Vintage Pedal Car 'Hot Rod' - Shop Display or Similar

A used vintage pedal car that's possibly scratch-built on a pedal car chassis - and could date any time from the 1930's - 1960's, although it’s very reminiscent of a 1930’s Ford Hot Rod. 
It's rusty, worn, patinated, and has been filled in a couple of places and overpainted - and the whole thing lacquered to provide years more service.  Probably best used as a display item only due to age and wear.
